Duties
- Engage in outside sales efforts by prospecting and cold calling potential clients within designated territories
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients through account management strategies
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase offerings effectively
- Generate leads through strategic networking, marketing initiatives, and territory management
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipeline, and analyze sales data
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize revenue opportunities and foster long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Former collegiate, Olympic, or professional athlete with a strong competitive background
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or similar software for lead management and analysis
- Ability to perform territory management and conduct effective cold calling campaigns
- Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously
- Demonstrated success in direct sales, inside sales, or retail sales environments
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and expanding client base
- Technical aptitude for product demos and understanding of technology sales concepts is a plus
