As an Estimator you will:
- Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and executives, giving you visibility across all levels of the organization
- Develop deep expertise in cost analysis, quantity takeoffs, and pricing strategies, strengthening your technical skillset in a high-demand area of construction

Requirements of this Estimator role:
- 3+ years’ experience estimating a wide range of ground-up and large $10M to $40M TI projects
- 4-year degree preferred
- Experience on commercial, entertainment, theme park, hotel or MOB projects
- Verifiable industry references and stable work history
- Proven success with detailed take-offs, as well as putting together conceptual estimates
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sub-contractor relationships and the ability to interact with clients
