About the role
Optavise provides voluntary supplemental benefits accident, critical illness, hospital, disability, and life coverage to working people through their employers and member organizations. We already partner with police lodges, firefighter locals, postal groups, and education associations across the East Coast, and we're hiring someone to open more of those doors. Your job is building relationships with union leadership, association boards, and member benefit committees getting us invited in so our enrollment team can serve their members.
What you'll do
- Research and map unions, associations, and employee organizations across our six-state territory
- Reach out to lodge presidents, business managers, and benefits chairs to open conversations
- Present partnership proposals at board meetings and member events
- Coordinate with our regional leadership to launch enrollments at new accounts
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and grow member participation
