We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (contract) to deliver strong hiring outcomes.
The Talent Acquisition Partner (contract) offers the opportunity to partner directly with business leaders, influence hiring strategy, and contribute to building a high impact Talent Acquisition function at Shorr.
We are expecting this to be a six month contract with a targeted start date of August 17, 2026. This is a hybrid role (2 days at our Aurora HQ) after onboarding.
Reponsibilities

Ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
- Partner with business leaders and People Business Partners to define hiring needs and strategies

Provide a “white glove” recruiting experience for our hiring leaders managing full cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and background checks

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across priority skill areas

Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions

Promote Shorr’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sourcing approaches

Drive process improvement, efficiency, and compliance with hiring policies

Contribute to TA projects and initiatives that enable scalable hiring solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 8+ years of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition or recruiting experience including corporate recruiting experience

Full cycle recruiting experience in a fast paced environment

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes

Sound judgment and problem solving capability
Preferred
- Experience supporting corporate functions, with a strong preference for sales and corporate hiring

Experience with GEM or similar AI CRMs and ATS systems

Track record of driving process improvements or TA initiatives

The base pay range for this role is $55 – $60 per hour.
