What you'll do:

Maintain medication carts and supplies; monitor inventory and reorder as needed
- Accurately document all administrations in the Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) system
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
- Observe residents and promptly report changes, concerns, or needs to licensed nursing staff or appropriate department leaders
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support resident care and team operations

What we're looking for:
-
Read, analyze, and interpret basic scientific and technical information in English
- Communicate clearly and effectively in spoken English
- Perform basic math, including calculations with standard and weight measurements
- Demonstrate empathy and strong customer service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification required
- Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50-100 lbs. and assist with resident handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in environments with exposure to body fluids and communicable diseases
