Flawless Family Home Care is hiring kind, dependable caregivers for part-time positions in Streator and surrounding areas.
Starting at $17–$18/hour, plus paid travel time and mileage reimbursement. We offer steady hours and a supportive office team that has your back. If you enjoy helping others and want meaningful work, we’d love to hear from you.
PAY & PERKS
- $17.00/hr starting
- $18.00/hr with verified experience
- +$1.50/hr overnight differential (10p–7a)
- Raises at 6 and 12 months
- Paid travel time between clients
- Mileage reimbursement (approved travel)
- Steady, consistent hours
- Friendly, responsive office support
SCHEDULE
- At least 20 hours/week availability
- Every other weekend availability
- At least two weekdays
- Opportunity for additional hours over time
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Help with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support mobility and safety
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Follow care plans and document visits
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable and able to show up consistently
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Comfortable working independently
- Willing to complete background check and onboarding
Experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person.

- Paid shadow shifts
