The Tenant Services Associate is responsible for the overall maintenance of the Community by utilizing in-depth knowledge of related trade skills and delivering a superior customer service experience.
Expectations and Responsibilities
- Work closely with team members and contractors to complete unit turnovers.
- Respond to maintenance requests.
- Proactively repair all maintenance problems.
- Complete the quarterly preventive maintenance inspections.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with internal and external customers.
- Provide “on-call” coverage to answer questions and/or respond to emergency situations.
- Communicate to the Leasing Team any outstanding issues related to open service orders.
- Understand and comply with all company guidelines and policies.

Required Experience and Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in Property Management
- Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) certification preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC, and interior/exterior maintenance
- Experience with industry software systems and Microsoft Office
