Haulistic is seeking a Corporate Sales Account Executive who wants to do what they do best – drive revenue growth through developing new business and creating long-term customer relationships.
This is a revenue-generating sales role with ongoing account ownership, supported by a dedicated operations and pricing team. While this is not a traditional cradle-to-grave model, our Corporate Sales team remains actively involved with their customers beyond the first shipment, supporting quoting needs, maintaining consistent communication, and assisting with day-to-day service issues as they arise.
In this role, you will sell LTL, Truckload, International Air & Ocean, and Domestic Air services to mid-market and enterprise customers. You will own your territory, your pipeline, and your results, with leadership support and operational expertise behind you to deliver a strong customer experience.
This position is ideal for an experienced logistics seller who is competitive, autonomous, and ready to grow their earnings and influence within a sales-driven organization.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
Revenue & Growth

Achieve annual revenue growth and margin goals aligned with a defined sales plan

Build and manage a balanced pipeline of new business and existing account growth

Prospect and cold call within an assigned geographic territory

Identify multilane, multimode opportunities that produce sustainable, long-term customer value
Account Ownership & Development

Maintain ownership of your customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact

Support ongoing customer needs through regular touchpoints, proactive communication, and service follow-up

Manage and expand an existing book of business through upselling and cross selling

Leverage industry contacts to uncover unrealized revenue opportunities

Develop strategic relationships with multi-level decision makers
Sales Execution

Prepare and deliver customer facing presentations

Respond to RFQs and partner with internal teams to participate in pricing and contract negotiations

Quote shipments accurately and competitively using Haulistic’s proprietary TMS

Collaborate with internal teams to help resolve service issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain consistent, professional communication across the full sales cycle
Collaboration

Partner with internal operations, pricing, and leadership teams to maximize customer experience

Participate in deal reviews, strategy discussions, and pipeline forecasts

Transition new accounts smoothly to operations post-sale while remaining engaged and maintaining customer ownership
What Success Looks Like:
- First 90 days: Onboarded, territory plan established, active prospecting and pipeline development using CRM software

6 months: Consistent opportunities in motion and early wins closed
- 12 months: Reliable quota attainment, growing book of repeat business, and visibility as a trusted sales partner
Background & Education:
- 3+ years of inside/outside Truckload and/or LTL sales experience in a tight geographical area

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Additional experience selling International and Air is a plus

3PL or brokerage experience is a plus
Skills

Must have a proven Sales track record

Comfortable managing both new business development and ongoing customer relationships

Proficient is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
What We Offer:
- Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000, plus bonus eligibility

On Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000 – $110,000 in Year 1
- Uncapped commission structure with upside for over-performance
- Structured ramp with full productivity expected within 6–9 months
