Maintenance Technician ($19+)
Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to)
- Handle minor repairs: patch walls, fix locks, replace bulbs, plumbing
- Maintain the property: landscaping, trash pickup, lawn care
- Install appliances & equipment as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests and report larger issues
- Perform routine inspections and upkeep
Qualifications
- 2+ years of apartment maintenance required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and solving problems on the fly
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
