Minimum 5 years civil construction/concrete experience needed for a growing, dynamic civil construction company in Baton Rouge. Project scheduling, proper planning, and good communications skills required. Must be able to coordinate labor, material and sub work. Accurate and detailed record keeping required. DOTD/DPW experience is a plus. Salary and benefit pkg commensurate with experience.
