Flawless Family Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver for a consistent client assignment in Streator, Illinois. This position offers a predictable weekly schedule and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a difference in someone's life.
AVAILABLE SCHEDULE
Choose one of the following shifts:
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM
OR
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM
36 SCHEDULED HOURS PER WEEK
PAY AND BENEFITS
- Starting at $17.00 per hour
- $18.00 per hour with verified caregiving experience
- Overnight differential for qualifying overnight hours
- Paid travel time between clients
- Mileage reimbursement for approved travel
- Raises at 6 months and 12 months
- Consistent schedule and hours

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Monitor client well-being and report concerns to the office
- Complete required visit documentation accurately and timely
- Follow client care plans and agency policies
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently in a client's home
- Caregiving, home care, CNA, DSP, or healthcare experience preferred but not required
TRAINING AND SUPPORT
- In-person orientation
- Paid shadow shifts
- Ongoing education and support
- Responsive office staff available to assist when needed
