· Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented CEI Senior Roadway Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with the contract documents for projects with the Florida Department of Transportation and other clients.
· Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on construction site to ensure compliance with contract documents
- Analyze plans, shop drawings, and other technical documents to understand project requirements
- Collect data and document findings accurately for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with the contract support specialist work
- Keeps construction quantities updated
- Prepares Daily Work Reports
-Oversees the CEI Inspector work
· Qualifications/Certifications
Must have the following or the ability to get them within 45 days:
CTQP Final Estimates Level I
CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I
ACI Concrete Field testing technician Garde I
CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level II
CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II
FDOT Intermediate MOT
Nuclear Radiation Safety
Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification (this cert is a plus)
