21st Century Concrete Inc is looking to add to our high quality, production oriented team at our newly established concrete plant in Pittsfield, MA. We are a 4th generation concrete supply company that has been supplying materials to the construction industry for over 60 years.
Requirements
- Valid Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement;
- General truck driving skills but overweight and off-road experience is a plus;
- Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management and customers;
- Specific experience in concrete production is not necessary - we will train you;
- The ability to perform heavy lifting and physical activity in all weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Perform US DOT and company required truck pre-trip;
- Safely drive and operate the concrete mixer as needed;
- Effectively interface with customers on job sites to perform concrete installation;
- Keep the exterior and interior of the truck clean;
- Following all safety standards as per company polices and OSHA regulations.
