Job Summary

Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans.
- Perform framing, trim carpentry, siding, roofing, drywall installation, and door hanging with precision.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, assemble, and install various building components.
- Assist with concrete forming, masonry work, rebar installation, and water damage restoration tasks as needed.
- Fabricate custom woodwork or metal fixtures using woodworking skills or CNC machinery when applicable.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks such as moving materials or equipment across job sites.
- Support remodeling projects by installing flooring, tiles, cabinetry, fixtures, and performing general carpentry repairs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site environments with knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading.
- Skilled in various carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, frame carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall installation.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding safety procedures, and schematics interpretation.
- Experience in restoration industry tasks such as mold remediation, water damage restoration, plastering, stucco application, and roofing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of construction work.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, masonry techniques, tile laying, flooring installation or fixture installation is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively on team projects.
