Public Health Registered Nurse – Hardeman County
Location: Hardeman County, Tennessee
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct clinical and public health services throughout Hardeman County.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical services following current nursing protocols and guidelines.
- Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record.
- Accurately document and code patient visits.
- Promote a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Follow medication safety, infection control, laboratory, and bloodborne pathogen guidelines.
- Maintain proper vaccine storage and handling procedures.
- Monitor vaccine temperatures and report temperature excursions as required.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Must be licensed in Tennessee or eligible to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
- Valid driver's license may be required.
Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
