Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, materials handling, and order fulfillment. Duties
- The Warehouse Operator ensures accurate receiving, inspection, and placement of materials to effectively track all inventory. This role involves operating a fork truck, unloading trucks, performing daily ERP transactions and cycle counts, and delivering materials to correct work centers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
- Receiving & Inspection: Unload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from trucks; visually inspect cartons for damage; verify pack slip quantities against physical product; and confirm accuracy against purchase orders.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory/receiving transactions in the ERP system, conduct daily cycle counts and reconciliation, label all incoming raw material, and report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Material Handling: Deliver material to proper work centers via requests or pick lists, put away material as needed, order and distribute non-inventory items, and coordinate outgoing freight when requested.
- Operations & Safety: Operate a fork truck safely, work with Purchasing and Engineering to resolve receiving challenges, remove dunnage/pallets to proper disposal areas, maintain organized files of receiving documents, and keep a neat and orderly work area.
MUST HAVE:
- Experience with accurate receiving and placement of material for inventory tracking
- Experience unloading raw material, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks
- Ability to visually inspect cartons for damage, transit issues, and accuracy
- Experience conducting daily inventory and receiving transactions in an ERP system
- Experience performing daily cycle counts and reconciliation
- Ability to safely operate a forklift/ fork truck
- Ability to confirm the accuracy of received materials against purchase orders and internal specifications
Shift Timing: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Weekly schedule: Sunday - Thursday

Pay: $19.00 per hour
