Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Member to join our team at The Dent Guys, a paintless dent removal company that's been in business since 1999. The ideal candidate will assist with the daily operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires a team player who can inspire and help guide the team while managing various aspects of retail operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
Duties
- Mentor team members to achieve sales goals and enhance performance.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock.
- Oversee cash handling processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to company policies.
- Drive wireless sales initiatives by promoting products and services effectively.
- Assist in budgeting processes to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration along with software training updates and reinforcements from homebase.
- Strong negotiation skills with business vendors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the automotive industry; with knowledge of retail sales or sales management and a track record of meeting or exceeding target goals.
- Strong personal skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Experience in inventory management practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
- A passion for wireless technology sales is a plus.
- Willingness to travel a plus!
