Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform features including workflows, process builder, flows, and validation rules
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Perform Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governor limits
- Manage sandbox environments, deployments, and release management using tools like Salesforce DX or Change Sets
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks within the Salesforce ecosystem
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other core Salesforce products
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
- Proficiency in SOQL, SOSL, and data management best practices
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
