We take pride in the quality of our work, our drive, and our adaptability. We are looking for HVAC installers/technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties according to specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and equipment repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all installations and repairs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge/ aptitude.
- Ability to perform work from ladders and in confined spaces.
- Possession of common sense and the willingness to use it.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members.
- Willingness and drive to continue education through company and industry trainings.
Pay Scale
- $16 for no experience, will receive on the job training
- $18+ for basic residential construction experience
A background check may not disqualify you for this position. Basic hand tools are required, but can be purchased through us. Power tools are supplied by the company as needed.
