The Electrician/Journeyman is critical in All Weather Contractors Property Maintenance Division, specializing in delivering reliable electrical services to our multi-family and commercial clients. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with local and national codes. The role supports our commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction by efficiently responding to service calls/work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues.
Reports to the Master Electrician & Property Manager Vice-President.

Valid Journeyman Electrician License (State of Florida preferred).

High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 35 years of MultiFamily &
Commercial electrical experience.

Experience with low voltage systems.

Valid driver’s license.

Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, safety practices, rules and regulations.

Comfortable using voltmeters, logic controllers, diagnostic tools & other hand tools.

Proficient in reading blueprints and electrical layouts.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook & Excel).

Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and light industrial environments

Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics

Perform work with hand tools, power tools, meters, and test instruments

Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, circuits, breakers, and lighting systems

Collaborate with other trades onsite to ensure streamlined project execution

Follow all NEC codes and local building regulations

Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional job site presence

Provide bids for work orders
Other duties as assigned. Some tasks may involve frequent bending, moving, lifting, and carrying material weighing up to 50 pounds; standing up to eight hours each day or prolonged sitting for long hours; working in all weather conditions; exposure to high noise levels and wearing hearing protection.
The Electrician/Journeyman will be required to travel occasionally and visit local and out-of-town job sites.
