HVAC Installer/Technician – Join Our Growing Team!
We’re looking for a motivated and skilled HVAC Installer/Technician to join our professional team. If you’re experienced and eager to learn, we offer in-field training to help you grow your career. You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings. We work with a few home warranties and a couple property managements.
What You’ll Do:
- Install HVAC systems (A/C units, furnaces, refrigeration)
- Perform maintenance and system repairs
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues
- Read and follow blueprints and schematics
- Handle basic welding, plumbing, and drainage tasks
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Communicate clearly with clients about system use and care
- Be able to communicate with Home Warranty companies and Property management.
What We’re Looking For:
- HVAC experience 3 years minimum (training provided for app usage)
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
- Welding and plumbing knowledge a plus
- Ability to understand County and Universal codes
- EPA 608 certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Able to lift 80+ lbs
- Able to work in high heat conditions
- Must speak fluent English
- Own vehicle preferred (fuel reimbursement provided)(private vehicle reimbursment provided for select vehicles. Vehicle must be able to transport large items)
- Full time employee Monday-Friday
