About Us
Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is seeking two caring, reliable, and energetic teachers to join our Younger Toddler classroom (18 months–2.5 years). Our toddler team plays a key role in building early independence, supporting social‑emotional development, and preparing children for Pre‑K.
Position Summary
The Younger Toddler Teacher provides a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while supporting children through daily routines, hands‑on learning, and early developmental milestones.
Responsibilities
- Support daily routines, activities, and transitions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Encourage social‑emotional growth, independence, and early learning skills
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers
- Work collaboratively with the classroom team and leadership
- Follow all licensing, safety, and center policies
Qualifications
Candidates should possess:
- Leadership skills and the ability to work as a team player
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
- Strong classroom management skills
- Organization and the ability to multitask
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
- High School Diploma
- Background Check
Available Shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Morning: 6:00am–3:00pm
- Afternoon: 9:00am–5:00pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $17.00 per hour
