Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly in designated areas
- Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance issues
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all cleaning tasks
- Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly to ensure swift resolution
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
