Assistant Pit Master
Must have experience and meet the following:
- 5 years documents kitchen employment as cook or higher
- 24 months continued employment for at least one company
- smoked meats & bbq
- prep pars and inventory management
- recipe management
- employee management
- SNHD guidelines
- ServeSafe preferred
- large party orders & catering

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
