Sheltering Arms is currently seeking a full-time Patient Access Representative to join our team. This position will provide coverage at our Sheltering Arms Institute location in Henrico, Va.
Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities

Answering and routing phone calls to appropriate areas.

Greeting, screening, and directing patients.

Patient check-in and registration.

Scheduling therapy appointments.

Collecting copays.
-
Working with clinical and clerical staff to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.

Completes all other duties as assigned.
Successful candidates will possess

Strong customer service skills required.

Prior experience in a health care setting is preferred.

Knowledge of insurance benefits is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task and accept feedback.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
