EveryProspect
EveryProspect is seeking a hands-on Founding Marketing Manager to build the marketing foundation for a growing technology and data company serving the nonprofit and fundraising sector.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build first and lead next.
The initial priority will be to establish the core marketing infrastructure, systems, website, messaging, and processes EveryProspect needs to scale. As that foundation is completed, the role will evolve toward lead generation, demand generation, campaign management, and ultimately managing a broader marketing team.
The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with nonprofit or fundraising industry experience and has the ambition to grow into a larger marketing leadership role.
Phase One: Build the Marketing Foundation
The first priority for this role will be to build the systems and infrastructure that will support EveryProspect’s long-term growth.
This includes:
· Building and launching the EveryProspect website
· Developing clear messaging and positioning for the nonprofit and fundraising market
· Building out Salesforce to support sales and marketing operations
· Implementing and managing the Salesforce marketing platform
· Establishing lead, account, campaign, and segmentation processes
· Creating marketing automation and nurture workflows
· Building the company’s email marketing infrastructure
· Establishing SEO strategy, content structure, and measurement
· Creating landing pages and conversion paths
· Developing marketing dashboards and reporting
· Establishing campaign attribution and performance measurement
· Building the processes that connect marketing activity to the sales pipeline
This person does not need to personally be an expert in every technical discipline.
When appropriate, the Founding Marketing Manager will identify, hire, and manage specialized consultants, freelancers, or agencies for areas such as website development, Salesforce configuration, SEO, design, content, or marketing automation.
The expectation is that this person owns the outcome, even when outside specialists are involved.
Phase Two: Generate Demand and Build the Marketing Organization
Once the core marketing infrastructure is established, the focus of the role will increasingly shift toward generating qualified sales opportunities and scaling EveryProspect’s marketing efforts.
Responsibilities will expand to include:
· Developing and executing demand-generation programs
· Building targeted outbound and inbound campaigns
· Managing large-scale email campaigns
· Creating segmented campaigns for different nonprofit audiences
· Driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline
· Developing content and thought-leadership programs
· Expanding SEO and organic acquisition
· Supporting product launches and go-to-market initiatives
· Testing new marketing channels
· Developing partnerships and industry relationships
· Managing marketing performance against pipeline and revenue goals
As the company grows, this individual will also help determine what additional marketing roles are needed and will have the opportunity to build and manage the marketing team.
The long-term opportunity is to move from being the person who builds the marketing foundation to the person who leads the marketing organization.

The Person We’re Looking For
We are looking for a builder.
Someone who is comfortable beginning with a relatively blank slate, creating the systems and processes the company needs, and then using those systems to generate measurable growth.
The right person will be able to move comfortably between strategy and execution.
They should be willing to personally build campaigns, work on website messaging, configure marketing processes, evaluate performance, and manage outside specialists when necessary.
Over time, that role will evolve.
As EveryProspect grows, we expect this person to spend less time building infrastructure and more time driving lead generation, managing campaigns, developing strategy, and leading a marketing team.
Career Opportunity
This position is intentionally structured as a growth role.
Stage One: Build the marketing infrastructure.
Stage Two: Build a repeatable lead-generation engine.
Stage Three: Build and lead the marketing team.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to establish the marketing function from the beginning and grow into a senior marketing leadership position as EveryProspect scales.
