Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician Overnights
Location: Lake Worth, FL 60 bed DTX/RTC

Position Overview:
The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is responsible for overseeing and providing direct support to individuals undergoing treatment for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. The BHT serves as a key member of the treatment team, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive care and maintaining the safety and well-being of individuals in the program. This position involves leading a team of Behavioral Health Technicians, facilitating treatment activities, and monitoring client progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain rapport with clients with behavioral or emotional issues.

Ensure clients follow house rules and complete intake and discharge procedures.

Perform drug testing and document results in KIPU.

Conduct Q15 safety checks on clients.

Maintain cleanliness of facility property.
