We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven Business Development Representatives with pharmacy and healthcare sales experience to help expand our Long-Term Care Pharmacy services throughout the Sacramento region.
This position is ideal for individuals who understand the needs of SNF'S,ICFs, ARFs, RCFEs, Small Family Homes, and Group Homes and have a proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.

Position Requirements
- Must be willing to commute and travel daily throughout assigned territory
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Previous sales experience required
- Pharmacy industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care Pharmacy services
- Understanding of SNF'S,ICF, ARF, RCFE, Group Home, and Family Home operations
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales goals
Performance Expectations
- Bring in a minimum of 50 new facility beds per month to qualify for bonus incentives
- Target of 60+ beds per month during the first six months
- Maintain and increase monthly sales targets based on company growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with facility administrators, caregivers, physicians, and healthcare professionals
Job Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell Long-Term Care Pharmacy services to prospective facilities
- Develop and maintain positive business relationships with healthcare providers and facility administrators
- Conduct cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits
- Perform door-to-door marketing to care homes and healthcare facilities
- Coordinate sales efforts with pharmacy operations and management teams
- Analyze market opportunities and identify potential growth areas
- Generate reports on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activities
- Work with physician offices to educate patients and healthcare providers about pharmacy services
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Provide exceptional customer service and account management

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
