- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure all food handling meets health standards.
- Replenish buffet items promptly and monitor guest needs throughout service hours.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, arranging pastries, or assembling breakfast platters when needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and catering teams to coordinate timely delivery of breakfast services during events or busy mornings.
