Quality Control Manager / Floating Cleaner

Mid City Cleaning of Baton Rouge LLC — a top-rated, award-winning cleaning company — is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Cleaning Manager / Floating Cleaner to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
This hybrid role combines cleaning excellence with oversight. You'll serve as a hands-on cleaner while also ensuring quality control, stepping in to support or fill in as needed across job sites. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to grow with us.
What We Offer:
- $400/week starting pay + $80 gas reimbursement

Requirements:
- Proven residential/commercial cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Flexible availability
Duties Include:
- Performing cleanings to company standards
- Floating between teams and jobs as needed
- Conducting quality checks and team support
- Communicating with management to report quality issues
