Job Description
The Director, CMS Stablecoin Product Development will lead the strategy, product definition, and end-to-end delivery of stablecoin-enabled capabilities across priority use cases the Commercial & Money Movement Solutions organization (CMS).
This role will focus on the Person to Person / Remittance Stablecoin Use Cases. In addition, it will look at defining the stablecoin strategy for the Currencycloud platform, considering Collect and Hold Use Cases.
This role spans product strategy, build, partner ecosystem development, multiregional scaling, and commercialization of stablecoin money movement solutions.
You will work closely with a variety of internal stakeholders such as partner Product teams, Technology, Regions, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Licensing and external partners to bring stablecoin products from concept to global adoption, whilst ensuring they are safe, compliant, and commercially impactful.
1. Product Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
Identify and prioritize new opportunities across Web3, digital assets, and programmable payments, focused on Person to Person / Remittance Stablecoin and Collect and Hold.
Track industry trends creating opportunities, themes in customer feedback, and ecosystem providers, to prioritize potential use cases.

Support development of client-facing playbooks, value propositions, compliance FAQs, and sales collateral.
Support commercialization strategies and drive field readiness across regions, such as supporting regional sales teams with RFP guidance, competitive positioning, and product education.
7. Performance, Governance & Optimization
Define and own KPIs including product readiness, client adoption, revenue contribution, and volume growth.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Experience with B2B payments, stablecoins, digital assets, blockchain, or money movement infrastructure.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional product development from 0 1, including defining requirements, navigating ambiguity, and bringing new capabilities to market.
Experience operating in fast paced, matrixed global organizations with multiple cross functional partners (Product, Engineering, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Regions).
Deep familiarity with stablecoin mechanics (reserve models, custody, mint/burn flows, settlement models).
Experience working with wallet providers, stablecoin issuers, payment processors, or on/off‑ramp partners.

The estimated salary range for this position is $173,100 to $307,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
