Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Male, who is compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up
- Accompany clients to appointments or outings as needed
- Engage in conversation and provide companionship to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Cleaning includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintaining, tracking, reporting and stocking up of supplies/equipment.
-Managing waste disposal by gathering and emptying trash.
- Informing management of any problems or needs for repairs.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to travel.

- Med Certification
