Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. As a Counter Person, you will be respectfully AND for providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Maintaining store cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Strong cash handling skills
- Knowledge of Clover POS system is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
