Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in office management or clerical support. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and office environment
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including typing, document preparation, and proofing
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or receptionist roles; medical or dental receptionist experience is a plus
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are preferred to communicate effectively with diverse clients and staff
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
- Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks is desirable
- Strong customer service orientation with professional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally
- Previous office management or administrative experience is advantageous

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
