Build a Pelvic Health Career With More Autonomy, More Connection, and More Time to Deliver Meaningful Care
You became a pelvic health Physical Therapist to help people feel heard, understood, and confident in their bodies again.
Not to rush through appointments.
Not to follow a rigid corporate model.
Not to sacrifice individualized care for patient volume.
At Propel Physical Therapy, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care in a locally owned private practice where your clinical judgment is valued, your schedule offers flexibility, and you have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with every patient you treat.
As one of the few pelvic health physical therapy clinics in the area that accepts insurance, Propel helps make specialized care accessible to more people. That means strong patient demand and the opportunity to make an important difference for individuals who may otherwise struggle to access the care they need.
We are growing and looking for an experienced Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who wants to help patients navigate pelvic health concerns with skill, empathy, and truly individualized care.

Why Pelvic Health Therapists Choose Propel
One-on-One Care That Keeps the Focus on the Patient
Every patient receives individualized attention.
You will have the opportunity to listen, evaluate the whole person, understand the factors contributing to their symptoms, and develop a treatment plan based on their specific needs and goals.
This is care built around meaningful relationships, thoughtful clinical reasoning, and long-term results.
Autonomy Without Corporate Restrictions
Propel Physical Therapy is a locally owned private practice.
Your clinical expertise matters here. You will have the freedom to use your judgment, personalize treatment, and help guide patients toward the outcomes that are most meaningful to them.
You will also have flexibility within your schedule, allowing you to build a part-time role that supports both your professional goals and your life outside the clinic.
Help Make Pelvic Health Care More Accessible
Specialized pelvic health care can be difficult for many patients to access.
Because Propel accepts insurance, more patients within the Cedar Park community have the opportunity to receive the skilled, individualized treatment they need.
You will join a growing clinic with established demand while helping expand access to high-quality pelvic health services.
Grow Your Pelvic Health Expertise
You will have access to mentorship, continuing education, and ongoing clinical skill development.
Although we are looking for a therapist with previous clinical experience, you will not be expected to grow entirely on your own. We value collaboration, continued learning, and helping clinicians strengthen their expertise throughout their careers.
