Renew Path Recovery is rapidly growing and is urgently seeking compassionate and motivated LMSWs, LCPCs, and LCSW-Cs to join our expanding outpatient behavioral health team. We provide services to both adolescents and adults and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community.

Position Details
- Part-Time with the opportunity to transition to Full-Time
- Hybrid (In-Person & Telehealth)
- Begin as a 1099 Independent Contractor with the opportunity to convert to a W-2 position
- Compensation is hourly or fee-for-service, based on experience and licensure

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy services
- Facilitate psychoeducational and therapeutic groups
- Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and compliant manner
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, peer support specialists, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
- Maintain ethical, professional, and HIPAA-compliant standards of care
Qualifications
- Active Maryland LMSW, LCPC, or LCSW-C license in good standing
- Experience working with adolescents and/or adults in behavioral health preferred
- Comfortable facilitating therapy groups
- Interest in developing children's or adolescent groups is a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
