Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance, ensuring that our residential properties are well-maintained and operating efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all TCCPC properties, which include the residential building and the Day Reporting Center; ensure that all grounds are kept in a respectable manner.
- Maintain all equipment for use with residential building and Day Reporting Center.
- Responsible for supervising, monitoring all building and /or maintenance projects.
- At the beginning of each shift, perform a facility check to ensure minimum standards are met and general maintenance is performed.
- Maintain files on equipment warranties, manuals etc.
- Monitor, maintain and fill all vending machines
- Liaison for building and security equipment
- Flexible Schedule
Qualifications: Must possess a High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
