Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Restaurant Construction Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction experience, and proficiency with industry-standard management software. As a Construction Manager, you will coordinate teams, manage resources, and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications.
- Develop detailed project schedules to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
- Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while managing construction site activities.
- Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and clarity for all team members.
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing mitigation strategies through detailed project scheduling and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in restaurant construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and project documentation.
- Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, cost estimation, contract negotiation, and project coordination.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams on-site effectively while maintaining safety standards.
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines without compromising quality or safety.
- Must have restaurant construction experience
- Ground up building and inline experience is required
