Kiliuda Consulting, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and government contracting industry leader is looking for a NIH Procurement Analyst to join our team in Bethesda, MD.
Responsibilities:
The Procurement Analyst shall provide comprehensive procurement and administrative support services to NIH, including:
Support acquisition planning, market research, and strategy development
Prepare and review pre-award documentation and solicitations
Perform cost/price analysis and support evaluations
Assist with contract administration, modifications, and closeout
Analyze procurement data and generate reports
Ensure compliance and support process improvements
Requirements:
US Citizen
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
The Procurement Analyst shall possess a bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution. Substitution: In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five (5) years of directly relevant federal acquisition experience may be accepted.
Experience preparing acquisition metrics and dashboards for NIH or HHS organizations.
Experience analyzing Procurement Administrative Lead Time (PALT), procurement workload, and contract performance metrics.
Experience with NIH reporting tools and acquisition data systems.

Position is located in Bethesda, MD
Salary – 60 - 140K commensurate on education and experience
