We’re looking for a skilled Golf Field Service Technician/Mechanic to join our family-owned team covering Northern, NJ.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric and gasoline-powered golf cars, industrial, and turf vehicles on-site
- Deliver, retrieve, and set up vehicles with precision
- Keep things organized: Complete work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, and timesheets with accuracy and timeliness
- Share insights: Relay customer feedback and sales leads to our service manager, technical reps, or sales professionals
- Take care of your gear: Maintain company tools, inventory, and your assigned vehicle or trailer
- Drive safely: Follow all state and local laws while operating company vehicles
Who You Are
- A hands-on problem-solver with 2+ years of mechanical experience (golf car experience preferred)
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification or diploma
- A licensed driver who complies with Forza’s Fleet and DOT policies. A clean driving history and/or medical card may be required
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to learn with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- A great communicator with high integrity and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Physically fit: Able to lift 25-50 lbs, walk, climb, stand, stoop, kneel, and work in varying field and shop conditions
