A Japanese manufacturing company is seeking an experienced and highly organized Inside Sales Coordinator to support daily business operations and communication with its headquarters in Japan.
This position is ideal for a candidate with prior experience working for a Japanese company or manufacturer who can immediately contribute with minimal training. The role requires strong bilingual communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
The Inside Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting internal operations, maintaining business data, coordinating with the Japan headquarters, and assisting with various administrative and operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain operational and sales-related data, including budgeting and monthly reporting
- Prepare, update, and organize internal reports and business records
- Perform accurate data entry and data management tasks
- Support accounting-related duties using QuickBooks
- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs)
- Assist with internal systems management and operational coordination
- Communicate regularly with the headquarters in Japan regarding requests, reports, and operational updates
- Support inside sales operations and administrative processes
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient workflow and smooth business operations
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese and English communication skills
- Prior experience working for a Japanese company or Japanese manufacturer
- Experience in inside sales support, sales coordination, operations support, or administrative functions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience handling business data, reports, and operational documentation
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision
- Strong professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience communicating and coordinating with overseas headquarters
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Experience with ERP systems or internal business management systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
