Blue Trail Engineering (www.bluetrailengineering.com) is a rapidly-growing startup serving the Marine Robotics industry. We make waterproof electrical connectors, cables, and servos and sell them all over the world.

What you will do:
- Solder wires (24 AWG thru 16 AWG) to connector pins/sockets
- Conduct final assembly of cables and connectors using various types of custom tooling and an arbor press
- Pot connectors with epoxy
- Check cables and connectors for shorts and opens
- Assemble waterproof servos using various hand tools and close attention to detail
- Bag products and prepare for shipping
- Suggest improvements to the assembly process to increase quality
- Keep a clean and organized work area
What you need to have:
- Attention to detail!!!
- 2+ year(s) of electronics and/or cable assembly soldering experience, soldering certifications are a plus
- Mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with the use of benchtop and power tools
- Self-directed decision making and trouble shooting
- Willingness to share in the work load
