- Establish and maintain project control points throughout the line and grade process.
- Perform construction layout using Total Stations, Robotic Total Stations, and other surveying instrumentation.
- Review architectural and structural drawings to verify dimensions and identify discrepancies before construction begins.
- Utilize surveying and layout software to accurately position project elements.
- Coordinate with project leadership to ensure proper scheduling and sequencing of layout activities.
- Deliver accurate layout information to field teams to support successful project execution.
- Monitor quality standards and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve layout, survey, and drawing conflicts in the field
