What You'll Be Doing
- Prep and cook menu items with consistency and care.
- Set up and stock your station for service.
- Keep tickets moving while maintaining quality.
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and running smoothly.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Wash dishes, sanitize work areas, and pitch in wherever needed.
- Assist with inventory and communicate when supplies are running low.
- Work alongside the kitchen team to keep improving what we do every day.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has line cook and food preparation experience.
- Can stay calm and organized during a busy service.
- Knows their way around a professional kitchen and values clean, efficient work.
- Works well with others and communicates clearly.
- Is reliable, curious, and always willing to jump in.
- Can stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Is available for a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings.
