K-Beauty Sales Associate / Curator – Pop-Up Store (Part-Time)About the Role
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused K-Beauty Sales Associates / Curators to join our pop-up store team at Los Cerritos Center.
This is not just a traditional retail position. Our Curators actively engage with customers, introduce them to Korean beauty products, understand their skincare needs, and recommend products and routines that create a personalized shopping experience.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about skincare, confident approaching customers, and motivated by both customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively greet and engage customers and mall traffic to encourage store visits
- Identify customers' skincare concerns, preferences, and goals through conversation
- Recommend suitable K-Beauty products and personalized skincare routines
- Explain product benefits, key ingredients, and proper product usage
- Demonstrate testers and products while creating an engaging customer experience
- Work toward individual and team sales goals and performance metrics
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays
- Restock products and communicate customer requests, out-of-stock items, and lost-sales opportunities to management
Requirements
- Fluent English required – Must be able to provide clear and professional customer consultations and product explanations
- Strong interest in K-Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or beauty trends
- Friendly, energetic, and comfortable proactively approaching customers
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to recommend products naturally and confidently
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible in following store policies and operational standards
- Maintain professional standards regarding attendance, dress code, personal phone use, and store cleanliness
- Flexible availability and willingness to accommodate schedule changes based on store operational needs
- Previous retail, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or sales experience is preferred but not required
- Korean language skills or familiarity with Korean beauty culture is a plus
Duration
- Approximately 2-month pop-up period
- Top performers will receive priority consideration for future opportunities at upcoming locations

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Part-time schedules will vary based on availability, store traffic, and operational needs.
Compensation
Hourly Wage: $25.00/hour
Performance-Based Sales Incentive:
Additional performance-based compensation tied to individual sales goals and metrics.
