**Candidates are required to be onsite 5-days per week (M-F) for this role**
Position Responsibilities:

Maintain property financial database for portfolio of owned and leased assets including preparation of periodic statements or summaries

Coordinate with business units, legal, finance, accounting, and risk management for property taxes, lease renewals, bank financing, insurance requirements, or property inspections

Develop in-depth knowledge of the Lease Administration software and provide detailed information to all lease related requests

Perform contract administration on assigned projects including preparation of contract documents, review and processing of invoices, processing of shop drawings and submittals, and auditing of completed projects

Ability and willingness to travel as required (up to 20%)

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:

Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
