The Opportunity
We’re on a mission to add the best restaurant partners to our platform! Our Restaurant Sales team is packed with passionate foodies who stay on top of the latest food trends, know which dishes travel best, and use that insight to strategically grow our restaurant network in both new and existing markets.
We're looking for a highly organized, goal-oriented Restaurant Sales Representative with a true hunter mentality to identify, prospect, and sign new restaurant partners. In this role, you'll demonstrate how Foodja helps restaurants expand their customer base, increase revenue, and deliver exceptional experiences to corporate clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Identify high-potential local restaurant partners and build lasting business relationships.
- Consult with restaurant owners and managers on the benefits of partnering with Foodja.
- Guide new restaurant partners through the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiate and close new partnerships while effectively addressing questions and objections.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights and share recommendations with internal teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of B2B sales experience (restaurant sales experience preferred).
- Proven success building relationships with key decision-makers and closing new business.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, and Zoom.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- On-target earnings (OTE) of approximately $90,000–$95,000 annually, which is comprised of a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly performance bonuses.
