Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site San Francisco Bay Area role for a Construction Superintendent (Microgrid). The ideal candidate must have 10 – 15-years of experience as a Construction Superintendent and will report to the Director of Field Operations. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities and is a key leader on our project teams. The Construction Superintendent shall take ownership of the project schedule (planning and measuring of trade production), safety oversight and quality control. Active projects are located in the San Francisco Bay Area.

· Digital Quality Control Documentation
Required Qualifications
· 10-15 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
· Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials and safety practices.
· Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
· Procore, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office proficiency.
· Willingness and ability to travel.
· Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air as needed.
· Ability to lift, bend and stand for extended periods of time.
· Background in the electrical trade, microgrids and site work is preferred.
· Prior experience in a traveling superintendent role is preferred.
· OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
· Safety regulations and compliance preferred.
Candidate shall possess strong construction knowledge and plan reading abilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has good written/oral communication skills, and has a strong work ethic. Our Superintendents are our front line with our clients, for lack of a better term, the first impression of our company in many cases. The position requires skill, knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with a multitude of project stakeholders.
Compensation & Benefits
- Position: Full-time
- Annual Salary Range: $100k-150k
- Allowances: Subsistence (where applicable), Fuel Card

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
