Job Description: At Randall Brothers, we count on our delivery drivers to interact professionally with our valued customers when they have questions or concerns. We are looking for a skilled CDL Class “A” or “B” driver to join our team, delivering building materials to and from project job sites in and around the Atlanta, GA area. Building materials being delivered can range from lumber, panels, siding, engineered wood, doors, windows, trim, and other types of construction supplies. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that may arise with our customer-respect business mentality, serving as the voice and face of our company, and be integral to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Objectives of This Role:
- Deliver building materials to and from customer’s project job sites and/or receive credit pickups from these sites to bring material back to company.
- Follow all company communication guidelines, procedures, and policies under minimal supervision
- Recommend improvements to processes for overall improvement of company efficiency
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Divers must be capable of pulling/picking lumberyard materials from the yard/warehouse and secure loads onto trucks, then deliver those materials to job sites
- Must pick up credit material from jobsites to bring back to company
- Accurately check/verify loads against delivery and/or credit-memo tickets
- Possess good interpersonal skills to communicate directly with customers
- Follow delivery instructions and/or maps to locate project job sites
- Manual loading and unloading of materials up to 80+ lbs. consistently
- Practice safe driving and safe job site duties
- Ability to operate a Moffett / Navigator forklift
- Maintain a clean vehicle and report all vehicle issues
- Must be on time, reliable and have a good positive attitude
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to submit to random drug tests
- Must attend ALL safety meetings
- Perform other duties as designated by supervisor
Requirements:
- Valid GA Driver's License with clean MVR
- Must have MOFFETT experience
- Minimum 1-year similar driving experience required
- Must be able to operate a manual transmission
- Must obey all DOT and local traffic laws and regulations
- Must maintain all vehicle logs
- Must obey all OSHA policies and procedures
- Must be able to pass drug tests and background checks
- Must be DOT certified
- Must be able to work from 6am - until job is done
- Product knowledge is a plus
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Physical Demands: Manual Loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently
Environment and Physical Working Conditions: Drivers seat, and outside in weather conditions
License or Certification: Valid GA Commercial Driver’s License - CDL Class “A” or “B”
Pay: $25.00 per hour
