What You’ll Do:
- Deliver medical, behavioral, and social support to students in classrooms
- Provide personalized, 1:1 care as directed by school staff and teachers
- Assist students with daily routines, transitions, medical needs, and classroom participation
- Support mobility, supervision, and personal care when required
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning atmosphere
What You Need:
- Active RN license
- High school diploma or GED (minimum)
- Minimum 18 years of age
- TB test (as required by the school)
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
- Current clearances, or willingness to obtain them prior to starting
Preferred Experience:
- School, special education, behavioral health, or child care experience
- Comfort supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
- CPR, G-Tube, or Trach experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliability, patience, and a collaborative attitude
